Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked brown tepary beans
- 1/2 cup mustard greens, finely sliced
- 1/2 shallot, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 Tb sesame seeds
- 1 Tb olive oil
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and stir together. Serve with crackers.
